Just spent 10 days in Tokyo, but missed that :-(
Totally recommend the Ghibli Museum, though (www.ghibli-museum.jp/en) and watching a baseball game from the cheap seats, and while you're at the Tokyo Dome, have a go on Thunder Dolphin. Best. City. Ever.
